Tasks and responsibilities: 1. Importing customs clearance 進(jìn)口報(bào)關(guān) a) 對(duì)接國內(nèi)外物流運(yùn)營中心; Interface with domestic and overseas logistics operation centers; b) 與報(bào)關(guān)行協(xié)調(diào),準(zhǔn)備報(bào)關(guān)單證 Coordinate with customs brokers and prepare customs clearance documents; c) 維護(hù)貿(mào)易進(jìn)出口計(jì)劃、報(bào)關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)和商品數(shù)據(jù)庫。 Maintain import/export plan and declaration data and commodity data base in itrade. d) 報(bào)關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)在ITRADE系統(tǒng)內(nèi)提交審核,以符合海關(guān)規(guī)范申報(bào)及AEO的要求。 Submit the declaration data for recheck in Itrade to comply with the customs standardized declaration and AEO requirements. e) 網(wǎng)上關(guān)稅支付和付款申請(qǐng)。 Handle customs duty tariff online and prepare paperwork. f) 如需要配合海關(guān)進(jìn)行進(jìn)關(guān)查驗(yàn)的工作。 Deal with the customs inspection if needed. g) 通知倉庫準(zhǔn)備收貨。 Inform warehouse to receive the goods. 2. Repairing goods clearance修理物品報(bào)關(guān) a) 準(zhǔn)備修理物品審批文件及報(bào)關(guān)資料,跟進(jìn)審批進(jìn)度并安排申報(bào)。 Prepare the approval documents and customs declaration materials for repair items, follow up the approval progress and arrange the declaration. b) 跟進(jìn)修理物品復(fù)運(yùn)進(jìn)出口流程并進(jìn)行相應(yīng)的申報(bào)。 Follow up the re-import or re-export process of repaired goods and make corresponding declarations. 3. Export declaration 出口報(bào)關(guān) a) 維護(hù)itrade系統(tǒng)并制作報(bào)關(guān)用的發(fā)票/箱單、合同以及其他資料。 Maintain the itrade system to make the invoice/packing list and other required document according to Import & Export Tariff Guidebook, coordinate customs clearance. b) 報(bào)關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)在ITRADE系統(tǒng)內(nèi)提交審核,以符合海關(guān)規(guī)范申報(bào)及AEO的要求。 Submit the declaration data for recheck in Itrade to comply with the customs standardized declaration and AEO requirements. c) 聯(lián)系貨代及倉庫協(xié)調(diào)提貨。 Contact with forwarder and warehouse to pick up. 4. Others其他 a) 協(xié)助主管提供可行的物流解決方案。 Assist supervisor for feasible logistics solutions. b) 協(xié)助維護(hù)部門相關(guān)報(bào)表,如進(jìn)出口數(shù)據(jù)分析、物流、服務(wù)商表現(xiàn)評(píng)估等。 Support maintenance of the report according to the business re-quest, such as import and export analyses, logistics and service provider performance evaluation. c) 支持并配合公司的AEO維護(hù)工作。 Support and cooperate with the AEO maintenance work. d) 進(jìn)出口申報(bào)的相關(guān)事宜,包括但不限于與報(bào)關(guān)行溝通申報(bào)操作和相關(guān)證照申請(qǐng) Imp&exp declaration, include but not limit daily communication with customs broker and license application e) 關(guān)注并控制物流成本。 Focus and control the logistics cost. f) 關(guān)注并匯報(bào)日常的非合規(guī)事宜。 Focus and report the daily non-conformity and non-compliant issue. g) 遵守和踐行該崗位所涉及的環(huán)境安全與健康(EHS)要求;參加EHS相關(guān)培訓(xùn)、發(fā)現(xiàn)緊急情況或EHS風(fēng)險(xiǎn)時(shí)按要求進(jìn)行報(bào)告/采取緊急措施。 Comply with and implement the compliance, IT security and the EHS requirements as required for the role; attend EHS-related trainings and report/take urgent actions as required once an emergency or EHS-related risk is discovered. h) Any other duties and responsibilities to be assigned by the Company or its authorized delegate. Requirements: 1. Education: Bachelor's degree. 2. Major: Quality Management, Logistics, International Business/Trade, or English. 3. Training: Relevant training in customs compliance, foreign trade operations, or quality management is a plus. 4. Experience: Minimum 3 years of working experience in Customs affairs. 5. Knowledge: Solid understanding of import and export regulations. Knowledge of customs free trade zone bonded policies. Familiarity with AEO (Authorized Economic Operator) certification requirements. 6. Skills: Familiar with ISO or other quality management systems. Proficient in English (written and spoken). Strong computer application capabilities. 7. Competencies: Strong teamwork and collaboration. Effective communication skills (active listening and clear expression). Openness to change and continuous learning. Ability to make competent, timely decisions. Strong sense of responsibility in both thinking and actions.
