Job Responsibilities & Requirements:
? Responsible for PPF products (generators, light tower, dewatering pumps, Energy storage system) sales through individual efforts and dealer network to achieve sales targets in East of China territory.
? Develop and implement regional sales plans to achieve quarterly/annual revenue targets.
? Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and partnerships.
? Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing.
? Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention.
? Conduct regular business reviews to understand client needs and align solutions.
? Provide actionable insights to internal teams (Marketing, Product) to enhance regional relevance.
? Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and support.
? Track and report on sales metrics (pipeline, conversion rates, revenue) using CRM tools.

? 制定并執(zhí)行區(qū)域銷售計(jì)劃,以達(dá)成季度 / 年度收入目標(biāo)。
? 通過市場(chǎng)調(diào)研、人脈拓展和建立合作關(guān)系來識(shí)別并追蹤新的商業(yè)機(jī)會(huì)。
? 管理從潛在客戶開發(fā)到合同談判及簽約的整個(gè)銷售周期。
? 與重點(diǎn)客戶建立并維護(hù)牢固的關(guān)系,確??蛻舻母邼M意度和留存率。
? 定期進(jìn)行業(yè)務(wù)評(píng)估,以了解客戶需求并調(diào)整解決方案。
? 向內(nèi)部團(tuán)隊(duì)(市場(chǎng)部、產(chǎn)品部)提供切實(shí)可行的見解,以增強(qiáng)區(qū)域適應(yīng)性。
? 與跨職能團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作,確??蛻繇樌麊⒂卯a(chǎn)品并獲得支持。
? 使用客戶關(guān)系管理(CRM)工具跟蹤并報(bào)告銷售指標(biāo)(銷售漏斗、轉(zhuǎn)化率、收入)。
Qualifications:
? Bachelor’s degree or above, majored in mechanical engineer or equivalent.
? Minimum 3 years of sales experience, with 2+ years in a regional/territory management role.
? Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
? Strong negotiation, presentation, and consultative selling skills.
? Self-motivated, results-oriented, and adaptable to fast-paced environments.
? Willing to travel.
