1. Good manager customer claims and provide professional quality services during customer
using our products.
2. Can well communicate /manage the internal and outside resource to successfully solved
quality problem fast.
3. Proposes professional solution to customer by applying knowledge of compressors and
refrigeration systems.
4. Be good at compressor analysis, can fast found failure mode and learn the possible
reasons of failure
5. Well know quality tools(CCH, 8D,PDCA etc.) to analysis customer quality issues.and make
relevant reprots. And good manage quality cases.
6. Prepares quality reports and qulaity improvement for customer by collecting, analyzing, and
summarizing information from customer and MKT.
7. Manage changing issues from inside and outside demanding to put them into market.
/get customer confirmation.
8. Through visit customer,learn customer VOC, Provides engineering information to customer
by answering questions and requests.
9. Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops;
learning about Embraco new technologies; establishing personal networks..
10. Provides engineering training to customers.
11. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Qualification: Mechanical or Electrical Engineer
Mandatory Skills: Fluent in English, Good communication, sensible to commercial aspects,
Learning compressor principle, product process and quality control, focus on customer, problem
solving, quality service, analyzing information, reporting research results, attention to details,
Innovation driven.
Desirable Skills: Bachelor Degree (major as Mechanical or Electrical) Refrigeration Market
Knowledge,Quality department, Project Management, Thermodynamics, Refrigeration, Electronics,
Acoustics, System Control.
Experience: Previous experience in R&D/ Quality refrigeration industry(compressor/refrigerator)
would be good differentiator.
