1. Design, manage and execute short, medium and long term strategies for the respective customers, connecting the company’s strategy and expected results with areas such as Marketing, R&D, Finance, Logistics, Quality, Operations, Legal and others required to support the actions, in order to deliver the expected turnover and profitability growth targets.
2. Formalize and represent the voice of the customer, engaging other areas to implement its needs, enabling the business growth in a sustainable way.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Develop, manage and execute the short, medium and long term commercial and technical
strategies for the respective customers;
2. Be the focal point and the voice of the customer inside Nided GA, for all related subjects of
its interest: Sales, Application Engineering, Marketing, R&D, Logistics, Quality, Operations,
Finance and Legal;
3. Define, in close cooperation with Application Engineering, Marketing, R&D, Logistics,
Quality, Operations, Finance and Legal, specific tactical actions to guarantee customer
service level and satisfaction;
4. Lead the respective customers’ business negotiations and day-to-day routine;
5. Establish a strong and collaborative relationship with the respective customers in all levels
of interest;
6. Monitor competitors, refrigeration, political and market trends in the respective region;
7. Be the business reference for the respective customers and internal stakeholders.
