Knowledge of quality and reliability concepts, supplier management, and general manufacturing operations, strong technical skills, i.e. problem solving, issue root causing, analytical skills ? Be familiar with GD&T and have rich experience to apply the knowledges in actual work ? Strong data analysis ability and Statistics Concept Expertise (Design of Experiments, ANOVA, Multi-Vari), able to utilise data analysis tools to discover the clues of inherence of data ? Has professional project management skill and a deep understanding of problem-solving tools including design of experiments, root cause analysis, and statistical tools
