Maintenance of channel relations

1) 維護(hù)與網(wǎng)點(diǎn)的良好有效的溝通,及時向公司反饋網(wǎng)點(diǎn)的業(yè)務(wù)問題、意見與建議,保證網(wǎng)點(diǎn)業(yè)務(wù)的順暢發(fā)展;Maintain good and effective communication with the outlets, timely feedback the business problems, opinions and suggestions to the company, ensure the smooth business of the outlets.

2) 協(xié)助上級主管積極開展渠道開拓與關(guān)系維護(hù)工作。

Assist line manager in developing distribution channels and relationship maintenance.

銷售輔助工作

Sales auxiliary work

1) 輔助網(wǎng)點(diǎn)銷售人員,積極向銀行提供產(chǎn)品培訓(xùn)、維護(hù)網(wǎng)點(diǎn)業(yè)務(wù)關(guān)系、積極推動銀行網(wǎng)點(diǎn)銷售公司的相關(guān)產(chǎn)品;

Assisting outlets salesmen, actively offering products training, maintaining network business relationship, and actively promoting related products of bank outlets and sales companies.

2) 負(fù)責(zé)所轄網(wǎng)點(diǎn)的業(yè)務(wù)宣傳、咨詢等工作;

Responsible for the propaganda and consultation work of the outlets.

3) 必要時陪同客戶體檢、協(xié)助初步核保、送達(dá)保單為客戶提供售后服務(wù);

If necessary, accompany the client for medical examination, assist in preliminary underwriting, delivery of insurance policies to provide after-sales service for customers;

4) 及時處理通過網(wǎng)點(diǎn)銷售人員辦理的新單及各項保全業(yè)務(wù),保證各類單證及信息完整無誤地交至公司;

Handle new policy and preservation business, and make sure to submit all documents to the company without delay.

5) 參加公司的早會、夕會、業(yè)務(wù)會、培訓(xùn)及公司規(guī)定的各項活動;

Take part in the company's morning meeting, evening meeting, business meeting, training and all the activities prescribed by the company.

6) 擬定并執(zhí)行年度計劃和月度計劃,每日填寫拜訪記錄。Draw up and carry out annual plan and monthly plan, fill in the visiting record everyday.

1) 拜訪客戶,主動出示執(zhí)業(yè)證、身份證及相關(guān)證件,宣傳公司的企業(yè)文化、保險知識、依法銷售公司的壽險及相關(guān)產(chǎn)品;

Visit the customer, show the Certificate of practice, identity card and relevant documents, propagate the company's corporate culture, insurance knowledge, sell the company's life insurance and related products according to law.

2) 遵守公司各項規(guī)章制度及業(yè)務(wù)流程規(guī)定,有效控制業(yè)務(wù)風(fēng)險,監(jiān)督合作機(jī)構(gòu)業(yè)務(wù)執(zhí)行狀況;
