Main Responsibilities
1) Mechanical design and documentation of new production equipment and machinery for production worldwide
2) Establish the Mechanical foundation for building/modifying production equipment according to the customer’s need.
3) Establish the relevant machine documentations: Drawing,3D and 2D documents, BOM, 2nd machine technical documents,, DS, Operation manual, test reports. Update BOM.
4) Directing the mechanical assembly and supervising their quality, solving both the quality and technical issues. Correcting or reworking assembly when necessary.
5) Performing relevant tests for machine building phase: assembly test, running in, BSI, FAT.
6) Ensure the machines are under the requirement and Engineering details as well as mark the machines after training.
7) Provide Procurement with technical support when purchasing material.
8) Go outside for business trip according the need of tasks.
Main qualifications
1）Bachelor or above degree, major in Mechanical or Automation Engineering.
2）More than 5 years of equipment maintenance work experience;
3）Good Engineering Software skills, e.g. AuotCAD, Inventor, Solidwork;
4）Good English skill in speaking and writing;
5）Good communication skills.
