What You Will Do:
  • Lead/drive technological innovation by initiating and executing research and development work with R&D team and other stakeholders according to the Company strategies. 根據(jù)公司戰(zhàn)略，通過與研發(fā)部同事和其他利益相關(guān)者一起合作，引領和驅(qū)動技術(shù)創(chuàng)新。
  • Communicate and report all the deliverables of R&D activities to related functions and senior management of Company. 向公司相關(guān)方和高級管理層溝通和匯報研發(fā)部活動的成果。
  • Provide technical service and supports to internal and external customers according to Company’s requirement. 根據(jù)內(nèi)外部客戶的要求，提供技術(shù)服務和支持。
  • Follow the requirements of RD&E management requirements and ISO management systems (ISO9001/ISO45001/ISO14001) in RD&E Department, and achieve the targets for Innovation, Quality, SHE, as well as Finance. 遵循RD&E管理規(guī)范以及各個ISO管理體系(ISO9001/ISO45001/ISO14001)要求，達到創(chuàng)新、質(zhì)量、安全環(huán)境以及財務的要求和目標。
  • Train and develop personnel in the department of experiments, chemistry and project management skills. 培訓和發(fā)展部門內(nèi)員工的實驗、化學和項目管理技能。

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Ph.D. with about 3 years’ RD work experience.
  • Polymer related majors
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Can communicate with verbal and written English. The ideal candidate will be a self-starting, team-orientated individual who can operate independently and as part of a high-performance team. Strong project management skills and demonstrated technical and behavioural leadership are highly desirable.
