崗位職責:
1. Summarize and maintain staffs-information/員工信息匯總與維護
2. Manage the attendance data /員工考勤管理
3. Maintain the HR system/維護人事系統(tǒng)
4. Provide various certification for the employee/為員工提供各類證明
5. Works ralated to recruitment and training/招聘和培訓的相關(guān)工作;
6. Responsible for employee relationship and employee activities /負責公司員工關(guān)系和員工活動相關(guān)工作;
7. Gather the proposals of staffs and give solutions to these questions/收集員工建議,解決相關(guān)的問題;
8. Manage the carriers for all kinds of company advertisement and activities, such as TV, publicity board etc/公司各種宣傳及活動載體的管理,諸如電視、宣傳板等;
9. Release all kinds of company news and announcements/公司各種新聞公告的發(fā)布;
10. Edit and release all kinds of company advertisement videos, files/公司各種宣傳視頻、文件的編輯發(fā)布;
11. Support other HR practices and events as assigned by HR Supervisor/支持部門其他同事工作以及領(lǐng)導交辦的其他事情
任職要求:
1. 本科以上學歷;
2. 1-3年人事系統(tǒng)相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗;
3. 頭腦靈活,邏輯思維能力突出;
4. 性格外向,有親切感;
5. 熱愛運動和戶外活動;
6.優(yōu)秀的語言表達能力。
