崗位職責(zé):
Daily:
? Reply daily Emails (including answer all questions from new enrolled family, school policy explanation for family who stop use bus service in the middle of term, etc.)
? Prepare daily online banking journals.
? SLT cash/ chque / Wechat payments’ journals
? Prepare timely SLT and SY new invoices (tuition, bus, AF, SD, EAL)
? Daily amending all invoices including change bus level, half day to full day tuition, changing starting date, update principle or corporate discount invoices, etc.)
? Maintain Isams: set up and update new / existing students’ billing contact and split billing rules.
? Update and make comment on Customer ledger for all kinds of balance
? Delete SY Leaver’s invoices or make comment in BC.
? SLT cash advance preparation
? SLT donation event cash counting
? SY outstanding fee collections (AF/SD/EAL/Tuition/Bus) by email reminder and phone calling
Monthly:
? Review and amend Deferral code.
? Post SY sales invoices to customer ledger entry
? Cash reconciliation with cashier
Termly:
? SY Bus Termly cross checking, amend wrong bus level invoices, produce new bus invoices, send to right parents and companies.
? SY EAL Termly cross checking, produce new enrolled EAL invoices, send to right parents and companies.
? SY Termly invoices sending.
Annually:
? Review and amend SLT and SY Isams billing contacts, company Information & split billing rules.
? SY Annual invoices: Group/Assign charge/add deferral code/send to NAV
? Produce special invoices for SY and SLT (invoices have overpayment or balance from previous year, etc.)
? Send invoices to parents and companies.
任職要求:
1. University degree in Accounting or Commerce, Accounting-related certificates will be a plus.
2. Solid knowledge of accounting and finance skills;
3. Proficient in the use of MS Office and financial management software.
4. International school working experience is a plus.
5. Behave Ethically, Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities;
6. Fluent English (speaking, reading and writing);
7. Flexible and adaptable;
8. Work under pressure with deadlines.
