?1.為客戶提供產(chǎn)品應(yīng)用技術(shù)支持及解決方案:Provide customers with product application technical support and solutions:
?1.1對(duì)客戶工程師進(jìn)行連接器及相關(guān)的專業(yè)技術(shù)指導(dǎo),支持研發(fā)物料選型,驗(yàn)證,以及物料測(cè)試生產(chǎn)中的異常協(xié)助處理,郵件,電話或現(xiàn)場(chǎng)溝通支持;Provide connector-related technical guidance to customer R&D engineers, support customer R&D parts selection, verification, and abnormal handling in testing and mass production, by email, telephone or on-site communication and support;
?1.2客戶產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)過程異常確認(rèn),協(xié)調(diào)客訴團(tuán)隊(duì)及品質(zhì)中心協(xié)作解決客訴異常。Confirm the abnormality in customer's production process, coordinate the customer complaint team and the quality center to resolve the customer complaint.
2.培訓(xùn):Training.
2.1 制定對(duì)銷售人員的培訓(xùn)計(jì)劃,按計(jì)劃完成技術(shù)培訓(xùn),并進(jìn)行效果確認(rèn)和反饋提升;
Develop training plan for responsible sales, complete technical training according to the plan, confirm the training quality and feedback, improve.
2..2根據(jù)培訓(xùn)結(jié)果和銷售人員的表現(xiàn),進(jìn)行培訓(xùn)計(jì)劃的調(diào)整或改進(jìn)培訓(xùn)方式,提升銷售團(tuán)隊(duì)的技術(shù)能力.
According to the training results and sales performance, adjust the training plan or training method to improve the technical ability of the sales team.
2.3銷售及客戶技術(shù)問題的解答和培訓(xùn)。

3.產(chǎn)品推廣及市場(chǎng)信息收集:Product promotion and market information collection
3.1與銷售合作進(jìn)行產(chǎn)品推廣,包括對(duì)銷售進(jìn)行技術(shù)培訓(xùn),與銷售為客戶提供支持,解決客戶技術(shù)問題,進(jìn)行技術(shù)選型支持;Cooperate with sales for product promotion, including technical training for sales, support customers together with sales, support technical selection, solve technical problems.
3.2 對(duì)市場(chǎng)行業(yè)信息進(jìn)行收集整理及反饋,協(xié)助公司有效調(diào)整產(chǎn)品推廣策略;Collect, sort out and feedback on market information to assist company to adjust product promotion strategies.
4:技術(shù)資料及相關(guān)報(bào)告整理:Technical files and related reports collation:
4.1工作中進(jìn)行技術(shù)學(xué)習(xí)和分享,整理成自學(xué)報(bào)告進(jìn)行團(tuán)隊(duì)內(nèi)部分享討論,并形成結(jié)論性內(nèi)容;Technical learning and sharing in daily work, organized into self-study reports for sharing and discussion within the team, and forming conclusive content.
4.2產(chǎn)品推廣培訓(xùn)資料,應(yīng)用案例的整理分享,對(duì)銷售人員進(jìn)行培訓(xùn),提高推廣效果;Product promotion training materials, collation and sharing for application cases, training sales to improve promotion.
4.3其他技術(shù)資料學(xué)習(xí)及整理。Other technical files learning, collation.
Requirement崗位要求
?1.本科及以上學(xué)歷,機(jī)械,材料等相關(guān)專業(yè); Bachelor’s degree or above, major in mechanics, materials, etc.
?2.連接器研發(fā)或產(chǎn)品技術(shù)支持工作經(jīng)驗(yàn);熟練了解連接器生產(chǎn)工藝流程,能對(duì)成型,沖壓,電鍍等主要制程問題進(jìn)行專業(yè)分析;Have working experience for Connector R&D or product technical support; Familiar with connector production process, be able to conduct professional analysis on major process issues, including molding, stamping, and plating.
?3.有較強(qiáng)的學(xué)習(xí)能力分析能力,為人積極并有獨(dú)立工作能力; Have strong ability for learning and analysis, be active and can work independently.
?4.具備優(yōu)秀的口頭和書面的溝通和表達(dá)能力; Excellent verbal and written communication & presentation skills.
?5.需要良好的英語(yǔ)聽說讀寫能力;CET4及以上; Fluently spoken and written English is a must; CET4 and above.
?6.需要有駕照,少量出差。Need a driver's license to adapt to business trips.
