Job Description 職位描述：
1、To drive design in and product promotional activities.推動產(chǎn)品在客戶端的設計以及市場推廣；
2、Provide technical advice/Crossreferences and assistance to the customer.能夠為客戶提供一定的技術支持（替換設計等）；
3、Establish new customer development inthe territory.新客戶的開發(fā)；
4、Constantly distribute and promote existing products.持續(xù)銷售和推廣現(xiàn)有產(chǎn)品；
5、Follow up closely on sales enquires and quotation submission.跟蹤客戶的詢價并且提供及時的報價；
6、Meeting target actions being set forth.能夠達成公司對銷售員的考核指標；
7、Servicing existing customer.維護現(xiàn)有客戶；
8、Continuously identifying, develop and explore new business opportunities with all customer to achieving continuous growth and increase market share.
持續(xù)尋找、開發(fā)及拓展新的業(yè)務機會，從而實現(xiàn)銷售的持續(xù)增長和公司產(chǎn)品的市場占有率。
Requirements to Candidate: 崗位需求
1、Bachelor degree in Electronics Engineering, mechanical engineering or equivalent.
電子工程、機械工程或相關專業(yè)本科學歷。
2、Minimum 3 years working experience as a technical salesman of EMC / inductors passive components.
三年以上EMC/電感無源元件銷售經(jīng)驗優(yōu)先。
3、Experience in electronics design circuitand PCB layout.
有電子設計電路和PCB布線經(jīng)驗優(yōu)先。
R&D or FAE Experience in terminal and connector is a plus;
有連接器或端子研發(fā)或FAE經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先；
4、With proven track record in ability of performing design in supports to customers in the region.有成功的客戶端設計推廣經(jīng)驗；
5、Must possess strong leadership skill, self-motivated, result-oriented person.有較強的領導力、積極性及結果導向性；
Excellent verbal and written communication & presentation skills.
具備優(yōu)秀的口頭和書面的溝通和表達能力；
Proficiency in English and Mandarin.
熟練掌握普通話和英語。
