Air export daily shipment operation.
空運出口日常操作工作。
Detailed Responsibilities 具體工作職責(zé)
Contact with local shipper and follow up routing order from overseas office efficiently.
聯(lián)系國內(nèi)發(fā)貨人，有效地跟進海外的訂單。
Register booking details on teams in time, arrange customs clearance and check the billing statement fm GTW team.
及時在teams上面登記貨物訂艙信息，安排報關(guān)事宜，并和GTW內(nèi)部對帳。
Coordinate with GTW and quote to overseas destinations for shipment below 500kgs.
與GTW協(xié)調(diào)并對于500公斤以下的貨物報價給海外。
Issue invoice to local clients in time as per SOP.
根據(jù)SOP及時開具國內(nèi)客戶發(fā)票。
Issue invoice to overseas offices within KPI date
根據(jù)KPI要求時限及時開具海外代理發(fā)票。
Complete operation’s milestones and data quality as per SOP.
根據(jù)SOP完成操作的milestones和 data quality。
Assist finance colleague to push the long outstanding.
協(xié)助財務(wù)部同事催收長期欠款。
To carry out the tasks distributed by the Assistant Supervisor and Supervisor and other tasks assigned by manager.
完成操作組長和操作主管分配的任務(wù)，以及經(jīng)理分配的任務(wù)。
