General Responsibilities 主要工作職責 Be responsible for day to day operation and communication 負責日常操作和聯(lián)系客戶 Detailed Responsibilities 具體工作職責 Receive booking & clarify booking with vendor, send local SOP to all new customers for their easy guide 接收訂單并發(fā)出清晰指令給供應(yīng)商,給新客戶SOP 闡明要點 Guiding vendors through local procedures (incl. Customs, Stuffing,etc.) 指導并要求供應(yīng)商按要求落實我們的操作指令(包括報關(guān)、包裝 等) Maintain and update Booking Record sheet for all the coming shipments on daily basis 記錄并更新日常進出口發(fā)貨記錄 Politely and proactively update vendor operation process, keep both overseas and vendors informed about any delay or unusual situation occurred for their shipments at the first priority. 讓當?shù)夭僮髑闆r和海外信息保持良好的溝通狀態(tài),特別是當發(fā)生延期或不正常情況時第一時間通知海外。 Dealing with vendor in polite manner and solve their daily operation problems 與供應(yīng)商保持良好溝通,協(xié)助解決操作問題 Responsible to check and create shipper & consignee account number for every shipment within 2 days upon receiving the Booking Order 在收到發(fā)貨指令兩天內(nèi)負責建立發(fā)貨人和收貨人賬號 Organize shipment operations: Book and confirm space with carrier ( keep supervisor informed about any vessel delay or cancellation; timely escalation in case of space problems ) 組織貨物的運輸流程:訂艙、確定航空公司艙位(如果延期或取消第一時間通知主管) Trucking arrangement;Warehouse stuffing arrangement;Customs clearance monitoring;Proactively solving any problems during operation process (keep supervisor informed about any custom survey, extra surcharge occurred, carrier’s off load or short ship arrangement ) 貨物跟蹤;倉庫操作;跟蹤報關(guān);有效的解決任何在操作過程中發(fā)生的問題(如果發(fā)生任何不正常情況、額外費用等必須及時通知主管) Pre-alert to related party strictly according to the SOP 嚴格遵守操作規(guī)范發(fā)送預報 Tracing exported shipment till ATA and imported shipment till delivery is done. 出口貨跟蹤到港,進口貨跟蹤到門,根據(jù)運輸條款區(qū)別對待 Keep superior informed on any unusual situation and trouble case occurred for daily operation 保持日常匯報給主管,特別是不正常情況和出問題的事件 Ensure complete and correct data input in operation system. 確保操作系統(tǒng)中錄入的信息完整并且正確。 Ensure file is hand over to supervisor for close by due date. 確保按時把文件提交給主管安排關(guān)賬。 Back up for either supervisor or operations during their absence and annual leave 當其他同事年休假時,作為主管或其他操作的候補 Other tasks assigned by manager 經(jīng)理指派的其它任務(wù).
