1.Responsible for leading the team to manage the approved production customers and order management.
負責帶領團隊負責已批產(chǎn)客戶的管理和訂單管理。
2.Coordinate with the Seitz team internally to handle customer requests, be responsible for answering customer questions, delivery times, and ensuring timely collection of payments.
與Seitz團隊內(nèi)部協(xié)調處理客戶請求,負責向客戶解答問題、交貨時間,并負責按時回款。
3.Primary focus on customer service,handle existing customers.
負責高級客戶服務,處理現(xiàn)有客戶商務問題。
4.Responsible for sales management, order management, logistics, transportation, inventory management, and collection of payments, etc..
負責銷售管理、訂單管理、物流、運輸、庫存管理、收款等工作
5.Work on finding a balance between what the customer wants and what we can give to meet company targets.
努力在客戶的需求與我們能夠提供的資源之間找到平衡,以達成公司的目標。
6.Other duties as assigned..

Education/Special Skill Requirements:
1.Bachelor's degree or above, with at least 3 years of experience in leading a team is preferred.
本科以上學歷,有帶領團隊3年以上經(jīng)驗優(yōu)先
2.Familiar with customs declaration procedures, with experience in import
and export, and with experience in managing foreign customers.
熟悉報關操作,有進出口經(jīng)驗,有國外客戶管理經(jīng)歷。
3.Good communication skills in both English and Chinese.
良好的英語和中文溝通能力;
4.Highly motivated and proactive, with strong sense of responsibility.
積極性高且善于主動的,責任心強
5.Work well with various people and can handle tough situation and
personalities.
能與各種各樣的人良好合作,并且能夠應對棘手的情況和各種性格的人。
6.Strong negotiation, influence and interpersonal skills are required. Also,the ability to handle pressure well.
