A Snapshot of Your Day
The Business Operations Professional at Siemens Energy is a strategic planning role within the leadership team of Gas Services China.
The individual in this role will be responsible for conducting market research,
developing operational and sales strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to generate new business and improve our profitability.
How You’ll Make an Impact
Conducting market research to identify potential new business opportunities
across China
Developing and implementing strategies to strengthen our financial
performance
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop proposals and
presentations for senior leadership
Planning and implementing international projects to improve the gas
services business
Delivering project outcomes by leveraging AI tools to improve efficiency and
strategic insights

What You Bring
A bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field is preferred
The ideal candidate has a strong business development background and 3–5
years of relevant experience is preferred
With experience in the energy industry, particularly service
They should be highly motivated and proactive
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Consulting background is a plus.
This role requires the individual to be based in Shanghai.

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
