Minimum Requirement： 1、Authorized to work in the US. 2、Bachelor's Degree and above in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or related field. 3、Construction: 3-5 years 4、Construction on site management: 3 year 5、Proven track record working on ground up residential or hospitality projects. 6、Comprehensive understanding of standard construction management procedures and ability to manage project team to ensure compliance with aid policies. 7、Strong quantitative, analytic, and communication skills. 8、The ability to juggle multiple priorities.
