Scope of Work:
- Badge Operations Administrator
1. All CAS related administration include badge making/update, CAS report/verification including coordination with site security focal on remote sites in Mainland China.
2. Archive CAS request related artifacts and share the evidence as required by the Corporate Security team.
3. Work with GCG CAS Operations Team/ AP CAS Team to generate system reports, support the review against access list of secure areas (SAM Review), NRE (Non-regular Employee) validation and 90-day non-use validation.
4. Maintain a list of Secure Area Managers.
5. Work with GCG CAS Operations Team to design and deploy follow-up actions against the health check to CAS database and badge operations.
6. Maintain badge operation procedures and work with GCG CAS Operations Team to implement.
7. Manage the inventory of blank badges.
8. Review access code of emergency badges after SAM Review to ensure the access codes are not removed by mistake.
- System Operations Administrator
1. Be local focal point of CAS programming supporting fulfillment of relevant system change requests which are done by APACJ teams.
2. Fulfill programming requests for VMS.
3. Fulfill programming requests for PSIM.
4. Manage system accounts and passwords for security devices by using designated tools.
5. Manage inventory of security devices.
6. Track the certificates for security devices.
7. Design and deploy follow-up actions based on the analysis of maintenance requests, and the alarms, and the health check of system operations.
8. Collect information of in-use and in-stock security devices, including but not limited to device name, type, model, OEM, serial number, date of purchase, associated IP information, as required, and keep it up to date.
- Data Operations Administrator
1. Be the local point of document control of security processes, standard forms and data collection.
2. Conduct periodic (at least monthly) health check for badge operations & system operations and provide report.
3. Conduct monthly analysis to maintenance requests and support monthly service assessment for maintenance.
4. Be the local point for collecting required documents stated in this SoW.
5. Keep security materials, including but not limited to diagrams, layouts, important mails, forms, properly and as required.
6. Be local point of providing required data in security data release and audit activities.
7. Support management of emergency badges by providing required data.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree or above (science and engineering majors)
2. Familiar with the security and access control system such as Lenel
3. 1-2 years related working experience
4. Fluent in both written and oral English
5. Excellent communication and coordination skills
