Educational Background
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in related / relevant technical discipline. Such as electronics information, communication engineering, automatic controlling, computer science.
Technical Skills
- At least 3 years of work experience as a software engineer.
- Key skills: ability to work autonomously in an international environment creativity, team spirit and a pro-active attitude are imperative
- Excellent communication skills- Experience in software module and integration testing
- Experience in software engineering techniques- Knowledge of micro-controller hardware and peripherals
- Knowledge of automotive networks (CAN, LIN, K-Line) is considered an advantage
Language Skills
- Fluent English is a must. IT Skills-To be skilled at Microsoft office.
Soft Skills
-Good communication skills in a global international company.
-Good management of multi-task, multi-customer.
- Open mind and ready for new knowledge
- Technical interface between customer, supplier and IEE development centers
- Support the technical discussion with customers.
- Coordinate the IEE internal software development activities.
- Set up good communication channel between IEE China and other IEE offices.
