崗位職責
1. 為公司的外籍客戶提供健康醫(yī)療支持,協(xié)助外籍人士在當?shù)仨樌歪t(yī),維持與當?shù)蒯t(yī)療機構的關系.解答相關問題;
2. 部門日??头ぷ骰卮鹂蛻糇稍儭⒊R?guī)福利查詢、理賠爭議處理、協(xié)調(diào)各部門解決客戶用保期間出現(xiàn)的問題;
3. 熟悉客服部基本業(yè)務知識及其相關的其他知識,能獨立擔當客戶服務的工作,尊重客戶,維持良好的服務秩序,提供優(yōu)良的顧客服務,有效跟進客戶需求,做好客戶與公司溝通的橋梁。做好中小型客戶的續(xù)保工作;
4. 按照售前溝通的方案準備文檔,例如新客戶及續(xù)??蛻舻谋U嫌媱澙姹?、條款特別約定、服務手冊,并錄入相應系統(tǒng);準備新入??蛻粜v資料。
崗位要求
1. 本科以上學歷,英語/醫(yī)學類等相關專業(yè);
2. 有一年以上相關客服經(jīng)驗者佳;
3. 有良好的客戶服務意識,踏實肯干;
4、英語聽說讀寫流利,熟練操作電腦。
Job Responsibilities:
1. Provide health care support to foreign customers, assist expatriates to receive care at the local hospitals .Maintain the relationship with local medical institutions and answer relevant questions.
2. Daily customer service, including answering customer inquiries, checking routine welfare, handling claims dispute, coordinating various departments to solve customer problems arised during insurance using ;
3. Familiar with the basic knowledge of the customer service and other business-related knowledge, be able to do the CS work dependently, respect for customers, maintain good service order and provide excellent customer service. Follow-up customer demand effectively, build bridge between customers and companies. Renewal work of small and medium sized customers;
4. Prepare documents in accordance with the pre-communication programs, such as benefits protection scheme form of renewal, the terms of a special agreement, service manuals, and input them in the system. Prepare preach materials for new insurance customers.
Job Requirements:
1. College degree or above; English or medical profession backgrounds;
2. 1 year relevant experience of customer service is a plus;
3. Good sense of customer service , steadfast and diligent;
4. Good English speaking ,reading and writing skills; skilled computer operations.
