Formal Qualifications Required: BS degree in Mechanical Engineering or related technical field or 8-year combined education and experience preferably in Quality, Engineering, Supplier Quality, etc. Soft Skills and Other Competencies: 61Skill in using statistical analysis techniques. 61Skill in operating equipment, such as personal computer and office equipment. 61Proficiency in oral and written communication in both English and Chinese/Mandarin languages. 61Skill in using Microsoft Excel, Word, and Power point. 61Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate with customers and GKN staff in a professional and courteous manner. 61Ability to organize multiple projects and establish priorities. 61Ability to train others through demonstrations, written, and oral communications.
