激光工藝激光切割金屬制品業(yè)
具體職責(zé) Job Details：
1. Provide technical knowledge to continuous improvement efforts aimed at increasing productivity.
2. Assist in the identification of new materials, methods, and tools in order to improve current processes and/or equipment.
3. Develop understanding of production processes to identify the key process parameters related to product performance.
4. Support the execution of studies to stabilize, characterize, and optimize key process parameters.
5. Support Manufacturing in efforts to troubleshoot the manufacturing processes on a daily basis.
6. Develop, maintain, and update manufacturing documentation with input from appropriate functions.
7. Assist production in the training of operators, technicians as needed.
8. Work with Environmental, Health, and Safety (EH&S) as needed to ensure that equipment and processes comply with applicable codes and regulations.
9. Provide technical support during the commissioning and debugging of newequipment.
10. Work with maintenance and production to define appropriate spare parts inventories and PM schedules.
11. Work with R&D to ensure process specifications, procedures, and controls related to new products are well documented and communicated before launch.
12. Provide input to R&D regarding processing options during the development of new products.
13. To set up develop and update process documentation (work instruction, pfmea, production diagrams).
14. To improve the safety, occupational health and environment protection related with work flow.

1. Bachelor degree or above in engineering or mechanics.
2. More than 3-5 years manufacturing experience in automotive fields.
3. Have the laser cutting program experience, expecially for Trumpf or Prima laser machine.通快/普瑞瑪
4. Have basic knowledge of GD&T and fixture.
5. Good communicaton and interpersonal skills.
6. Excellent oral and written english is a must.
