l Responsible for reaching the internal and with customer contractually defined project
targets,including delivery scope, time schedule, quality and costs
負責達到內(nèi)部及與客戶在合同中定義的項目目標，包括交貨范圍、時間進度表、
質(zhì)量和成本
l Visit customers regularly, organize team meeting with project team to review project status and issues; push project team to solve OPL in time; Timely report project status to customers, management and project team
定期拜訪客戶，與項目組一起組織項目會議，回顧項目進展和問題，推動項目組及時
解決OPL問題，及時向客戶、管理層和項目組匯報項目進展情況
l Work in quality security plan in project plan 在項目計劃中引入質(zhì)量安全計劃
l Arrange and implement the risk management 安排并執(zhí)行風險管理
l Timely escalate by deviation from project plan, leading for deviation dealing with project team 及時匯報項目計劃中出現(xiàn)的偏差,并引導項目團隊對偏差進行處理
l Active operation of change management(supplement) 對變更管理進行靈活操作(補充)
職位要求
l Bachelor or above 本科或以上學歷
l Better to have electrical or automotive education background 優(yōu)先機電/汽車工程背景
l Work Location：Beijing 工作地點：北京
l More than 3 years' Project management experience in relative areas，PMP is preferred
在相關(guān)領(lǐng)域內(nèi)3年以上項目管理經(jīng)驗，PMP認證優(yōu)先
l Knowledge of methods and tools of project management and in area of configuration
management (baseline...)Ability to lead, motivate, moderate, organize and communicate.
