生產(chǎn)技術研發(fā)客戶對接跨部門溝通項目管理汽車制造機械制造
職位目標：
Employee, who is on this position, has following responsibilities:
- 作為與客戶的主要技術接口，發(fā)現(xiàn)潛在業(yè)務機會并獲取該業(yè)務。協(xié)調(diào)內(nèi)部相關職能部門，推動制定技術方案，保證同時滿足客戶要求、相關法律法規(guī)、標準，及舍弗勒相關規(guī)定。To be the main technical interface with customer and to identify and acquire potential projects. In alignment with relevant cross functions and superior to work out technical solution respecting customer’s requirements, valid regulations & applicable laws, standards and processes as required by Schaeffler business unit.
- 協(xié)調(diào)內(nèi)部相關職能部門，完成產(chǎn)品開發(fā)和應用工作。承擔如下主要職責：配氣系統(tǒng)級別的計算分析及評估、解決技術問題、推動集體決策，以及向領導層匯報。Coordinate relevant internal cross functions to make sure the success of the development and application of the products. Play the major role for the Valve Train system level calculation, analysis & evaluation, problem resolving, team decision making, as well as the reporting to management.

- 支持完成產(chǎn)品功能、成本優(yōu)化并確保不侵犯第三方專利權。To contribute to the optimization of the products with regard to function and cost while ensuring third part’s patents will not be infringed.
崗位要求：
- Bachelor’s degree or above in mechanical engineering
- More than 2 years relevant working experience
- Project management knowledge
- familiar with product development process (VEP, PEP), valve train product development tools & methods, such as layout optimization in Pro/E, kinematic/kinetic calculation and the post evaluation, DFMEA, DVP etc.
- Good command of English or German
