? Essential Responsibilities
? LSI owns the Service Plan for driving service integration and design transfer activities (Installation, Calibration, Serviceability, Preventative Maintenance).
? LSI Owns Business/Engineering Milestone Service Reviews, process & execution control for global service operation readiness on: service documentation, design verification, process validation, Training, Field Communication, global parts strategy, setup and Regional readiness.
? LSI Works with Service Engineering team, interface with field service representatives to gather feedback on serviceability, quality improvement, enhanced productivity and facilitate adoption of improvements into design
? Communication with all functions in the organization, actively involved in the full life cycle of the product from definition to verification/validation and installed base support
? Qualifications / Requirements
? BS Degree in Electrical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering or SW engineering related discipline and 4 years’ experience in manufacturing, product development or operations environment
? Demonstrated ability to build lasting cross-functional relationships, including strong influential and communication skills.
? Demonstrated ability to deliver results while working on multiple projects simultaneously, balancing resources, timing and quality outcomes
? Proven self-starter with the ability to work independently and learn quickly
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills
