BASIC PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
Design, develop, and optimize electronic circuits for small household appliances (e.g., humidifier, fan, coffee maker, air purifiers) with a focus on safety, efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and compliance.
Core Accountabilities:
? Design analog/digital circuits for control systems, power management, sensor integration, and user interfaces (LED/LCD displays, touch panels).
? Develop schematics and PCB layouts using tools like Altium Designer, CAM350, ensuring manufacturability and reliability.
? Collaborate with mechanical engineers to integrate electronics into compact appliance enclosures, resolving thermal and space constraints.
? Conduct prototyping, testing, and debugging (using oscilloscopes, multimeters, and logic analyzers) to validate performance under safety standards (e.g., IEC 60335, UL).
? Optimize BOM cost by selecting cost-effective components (microcontrollers, MOSFETs, sensors) without compromising quality.
Support production teams with technical documentation, including assembly guides and troubleshooting protocols.
