Specific Areas of Responsibilities(崗位職責(zé)): 1. Responsible for the general ledger accounting of Brigantine Shenzhen QHW & HK Branches. 負(fù)責(zé)柏堅(jiān)深圳前海灣和香港分公司的總賬賬務(wù)處理 2. Reviewing various original vouchers & follow up the control of approval process. 審核原始憑證并跟進(jìn)把控審批流程 3. Responsible for taxation calculation & declaration. 稅務(wù)核算及申報(bào) 4. Assist in monthly end closing process. 協(xié)助完成月結(jié)工作 5. Responsible for GL accounts reconciliation and follow up actions on the outstanding items. 負(fù)責(zé)月度對(duì)賬并跟進(jìn)處理月結(jié)未完成事項(xiàng) 6. Responsible for the payment matters of 2 Mainland enterprises. 負(fù)責(zé)2家內(nèi)地公司的付款事宜 7. Assist in attending external and internal audit enquires. 協(xié)助處理內(nèi)外部審計(jì)事宜 8. Keep good communication with the business departments. Identify their needs and requirements for F&A department and give the supports to ensure transaction compliance from financial point of view. 和業(yè)務(wù)部門保持良好溝通,了解他們對(duì)財(cái)務(wù)部門的需求并提供支持,以確保財(cái)務(wù)層面的交易合規(guī) 9. Be familiar with the Group’s directives and ensure fiscal & tax policy compliance. 熟知集團(tuán)的指導(dǎo)方針并確保遵守財(cái)稅政策 10. Ensure that all accounting documents are signed and approved by authorized person. 確保所有會(huì)計(jì)文檔經(jīng)授權(quán)人簽署并批準(zhǔn) 11. Ensure good document filing. 確保良好的文件歸檔 12. Any other accounting and finance duties as assigned by the finance manager and section head. 根據(jù)財(cái)務(wù)經(jīng)理或部門負(fù)責(zé)人的要求完成其他會(huì)計(jì)職責(zé)
Specific Requirements for the Position(崗位要求): 1. Bachelor's degree, majoring in accounting, finance or related field and holder of PRC Junior Accounting certificate at least. 本科學(xué)歷,財(cái)經(jīng)相關(guān)專業(yè),至少持有初級(jí)會(huì)計(jì)證書 2. Minimum of 1 years working experience in GL accountant position, preferably in a shared service environment. 至少1年以上總賬崗位經(jīng)驗(yàn),有財(cái)務(wù)共享中心經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先考慮 3. Ability to work under tight schedules. 能在緊迫的時(shí)間安排下工作 4. Meticulous, dedicated, self-motivated and strong sense of responsibility. 細(xì)心、敬業(yè)、有上進(jìn)心且責(zé)任心強(qiáng) 5. Experience of SAP, pre-IPO and advanced MS skill will be preferred. 有SAP、上市前工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)及高級(jí)MS技能者優(yōu)先考慮 6. Good command in both verbal and written English and Chinese will be preferred. 良好的中英文口頭和書面表達(dá)能力優(yōu)先考慮
