本公司系家注冊(cè)國(guó)內(nèi)的提供集裝罐液體化工品物流服務(wù)的在華德資企業(yè)。業(yè)務(wù)分為國(guó)際外貿(mào)集裝罐貨運(yùn)物流和國(guó)內(nèi)內(nèi)貿(mào)物流兩塊。我司承接專業(yè)集裝罐液體?;芬徽臼轿锪鞣?wù),服務(wù)對(duì)象包括國(guó)內(nèi)、國(guó)際各大化工企業(yè)生產(chǎn)單位在國(guó)內(nèi)的液體化工原料從集裝罐租賃、包裝運(yùn)輸、裝卸段技術(shù)支持和產(chǎn)品交付。
本次招聘僅限國(guó)內(nèi)內(nèi)貿(mào)物流的銷售或銷售助理崗位。
職責(zé)描述:
Main Responsibilities 主要職責(zé):
? Develop HOYER South China market share for chemical & bulk liquid transport and logistic with the target to defined Sales budget.
以銷售預(yù)算為目標(biāo),開(kāi)發(fā)HOYER華南地區(qū)化學(xué)品和散裝液體運(yùn)輸及物流市場(chǎng)份額
? Sell and promote HOYER China all business units (and not limited to):
Chemical ISOtanks Deepsea for export and import 、Flexitanks & Food grade ISOtanks, IBC domestic market, Domestic transport for Gaz
銷售和推廣HOYER中國(guó)的所有業(yè)務(wù)單元(不限于):
進(jìn)出口化學(xué)品集裝箱、液袋和食品級(jí)集裝箱、IBC 國(guó)內(nèi)市場(chǎng)、國(guó)內(nèi)氣體運(yùn)輸
? Keep close contact with potential customer and follow their potential project.
開(kāi)發(fā)潛在客戶保持有效溝通,維持良好合作關(guān)系,深度發(fā)掘有效的潛在需求
? Collect market information and competitor’s movement.
收集市場(chǎng)與競(jìng)爭(zhēng)對(duì)手信息,把握行業(yè)動(dòng)態(tài)
? Act as coordinator between operation department and customer in case there is any service failure.

Daily Job日常工作:
? Collect market information, find and follow potential business.
了解市場(chǎng)信息,挖掘有效需求,跟蹤項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度
? Collect detail information of each new business development; study the strength and weakness in each case respectively. Establish and implement the action plan, design and offer the solution proposal to the customers.
了解各項(xiàng)目的具體進(jìn)展,分析我司在項(xiàng)目中的優(yōu)劣勢(shì),確定下一步的行動(dòng)計(jì)劃,制定項(xiàng)目解決方案
? Visit customer and get their feedback on our performance. Coordinating with operation department to improve our performance in case of any problem.
拜訪客戶,了解客戶對(duì)我司目前工作的反饋,協(xié)助操作部門解決運(yùn)作中存在的實(shí)際問(wèn)題
? Follow potential project, prepare proposal and quotation to customer.
跟蹤項(xiàng)目,提供物流解決方案和報(bào)價(jià)
? Other jobs assigned by sales manager

? At least minimum of 3 years in Logistic & Freight Forwarding Sales
3年以上物流及貨運(yùn)代理銷售
? Chemical logistics experience is a plus
有化工物流經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先
Knowledge知識(shí)
? Familiar with domestic chemical logistic market.
熟悉化工物流市場(chǎng),對(duì)化工物流的有自己獨(dú)立的見(jiàn)解和深刻認(rèn)識(shí)
? Wide scope of knowledge, understand the whole economic situation.

Experience 經(jīng)驗(yàn)
? College degree or above, with education background on chemical or logistic
化工或物流教育背景,本科以上學(xué)歷。
? At least 3 years working experience on logistic field, more than 2 years working experience on chemical logistic field。
3年以上物流工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),至少2年以上化工物流經(jīng)驗(yàn)
薪資:10K-15K,13薪
福利:五險(xiǎn)一金,年度體檢、雙休、15天年假,12天病假
