Tooling design for production line 15. Draft process and technical management standard, make sure all standards to be followed 16. Organize and lead the jobs for new process or technology 17. Implement layer audit to ensure operator follow the work instruction, check technology discipline 18. Other jobs arranged by manager 19. Complete and support WCM related work Job Requirements工作要求： 1. Bachelor degree and major in mechanical, electrical or electrical-mechanical. 2. Fluent English. 3. Minimum 3 years related position in manufacture industry, especially in continuous automatic assembly line. 4. Knowledge on production line control, and especially familiar with the production process of high temperature furnace is preferred. 5. Knowledge on problem solving skills, be familiar with APQP, PPAP, FMEA is preferred. 6. Understand quickly and impact new knowledge/process; 7. Good capability of relationship; 8.
