Responsibilities:
1. Be familiar with ERP system
2. Lead customs function to fulfill the daily import and export activities to comply with the cross-border trading requirements in China; liaise with local authorities such as Customs and CIQ to find out the best business practice for the company and solve the problem as well.
3. Inbound-Outbound traffic management (sea freight, air freight, on road)
4. Order book management, data entry in ERP system according ISO requirement and maintain accordingly
5. Manage suppliers invoices, plan and trace the payment with the support from finance
6. Back office sales activities
7. Customer trend schedules and data analysis
8. Other relevant tasks assigned by the company and Logistics manager.
Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above
2. Minimum 5 years’ experiences in the field of planning, purchasing, store, shipping and other functions of the supply chain management of manufacturing industry
3. Open mind approach
4. Good communication skills, good sense of business and cost sensitive
5. Team working spirit
6. Be familiar with ERP system and local customs rules
7. Good command of English is preferred.
