QCQAQE制程檢驗（IPQC）汽車行業(yè)質量管理體系電氣機械/電力設備新能源
職位描述
1、設計質量策劃
主導新產品開發(fā)階段的質量策劃（APQP），制定質量目標、控制計劃及DFMEA（設計失效模式分析）。
2. 設計驗證與確認
主導設計驗證（DVT）及設計確認（PVT）測試，包括性能、可靠性、安全（如電池/電機/結構）及環(huán)境適應性測試；
建立測試標準，跟蹤失效分析（如電池充放電循環(huán)、防水、振動測試等），推動設計優(yōu)化。
3.供應鏈質量協(xié)同
評估新材料/零部件供應商質量能力，參與新供應商審核及技術交底；
主導新零部件PPAP（生產件批準程序）簽署，確保來料質量符合設計標準。
4. 跨部門協(xié)作
聯(lián)動研發(fā)、生產、采購團隊，推動設計問題閉環(huán)（如公差優(yōu)化、裝配工藝改進）；
支持試產階段問題解決，確保量產前設計風險清零。
5.合規(guī)與標準
確保產品符合目標市場法規(guī)（如歐盟EN 15194、美國CPSC & UL、中國GB 17761等）；
主導國內外認證（CE、UL、CCC）的質量文件準備及測試支持。
6.其他事項
服從領導安排的其他事項。
任職要求
1、教育背景：本科及以上，機械、電子、質量管理等相關專業(yè)。
2、工作經驗：1年以上電助力自行車或相關制造業(yè)質量工作經驗，3年以上DQE或CQE經驗，有新產品項目質量管控經驗優(yōu)先。
3、專業(yè)技能：熟悉ISO9001等質量管理體系，掌握FMEA等質量工具，能熟練使用Excel等數(shù)據(jù)分析軟件，了解電助力自行車產品及行業(yè)標準。
4、能力素質：具備良好溝通協(xié)調、問題解決、邏輯思維和決策能力，有責任心和團隊合作精神，能承受工作壓力。
