代理商/經(jīng)銷商面銷/陌拜體育零售/批發(fā)
1、根據(jù)公司營(yíng)銷目標(biāo)，制定經(jīng)銷商開(kāi)發(fā)策略，拓展優(yōu)質(zhì)經(jīng)銷商資源，優(yōu)化渠道布局。
2、維護(hù)現(xiàn)有渠道關(guān)系，提升經(jīng)銷商合作深度與活躍度，推動(dòng)業(yè)務(wù)持續(xù)增長(zhǎng)。
3、分解并落實(shí)銷售目標(biāo)，制定階段性推廣計(jì)劃，確保業(yè)績(jī)指標(biāo)達(dá)成。
4、調(diào)研市場(chǎng)動(dòng)態(tài)與競(jìng)品信息，為產(chǎn)品策略和渠道政策提供數(shù)據(jù)支持。
5、協(xié)調(diào)內(nèi)部資源，為經(jīng)銷商提供培訓(xùn)、營(yíng)銷支持及售后服務(wù)，強(qiáng)化合作黏性。
6、定期分析渠道銷售數(shù)據(jù)，優(yōu)化銷售策略，提升整體運(yùn)營(yíng)效率。
任職要求：
1、3年以上自行車行業(yè)線下銷售經(jīng)驗(yàn)；
2、熟悉相關(guān)城市及周邊區(qū)域渠道布局，騎行社群資源，具備成熟經(jīng)銷商資源者優(yōu)先，騎行、運(yùn)動(dòng)相關(guān)社群運(yùn)營(yíng)經(jīng)驗(yàn)為加分項(xiàng)
3、持有C1駕照，適應(yīng)高頻短途出差（異地業(yè)務(wù)經(jīng)理每個(gè)月至少回總部一次）
4、熱愛(ài)運(yùn)動(dòng)，尤其是騎行運(yùn)動(dòng)，陽(yáng)光積極正向的良好品格；
5、優(yōu)秀的溝通和協(xié)調(diào)能力，正直誠(chéng)實(shí)，嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)細(xì)致，有解決問(wèn)題的能力；
