英語口語流利專利/商標/知識產(chǎn)權(quán)
崗位職責(zé):
1. Conduct market research, identify and capture business opportunities. Develop intellectual property services for domestic and international enterprises through company resources or personal networks.
2. Gain deep insights into clients’ needs regarding IP protection, risk mitigation, and litigation disputes. Provide professional consulting services and tailored solutions.
3. Monitor project progress, coordinate with internal delivery teams to ensure high-quality service delivery and enhance client satisfaction.
4. Maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups and explore new business opportunities.
5. Lead commercial negotiations, support contract execution till payment collection.
任職要求:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, background in law or patents is preferred.
2. 5-10 years BD experience in the legal industry, familiar with the IP market.
3. Fluent in English, which can be used as working languages.
4. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
5. Willingness to take occasional business trips.
Working location can be based in Shanghai/Shenzhen/Beijing.
