乘用車變更管理英語(yǔ)EBOM/PBOM
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in vehicle engineering, business management,
logistics, machinery, etc.
2. Proficient in industrial automation systems and Office software.
3. Proficient in vehicle configuration management experience, familiar with VW PR round
and T-PPA as a plus.
1. 本科及以上學(xué)歷，車輛工程、工商管理、
物流、機(jī)械等專業(yè)；
2. 熟練操作工業(yè)自動(dòng)化系統(tǒng)及Office辦公軟件；
3. 具備車輛配置管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)，熟悉大眾PR round及T-PPA者優(yōu)先。
Good language skills in English and /or German
良好的英語(yǔ)和/或德語(yǔ)語(yǔ)言技能
1. Formulate and release the company's series production model technical change
implementation plan and hold a meeting on the implementation of technological
change.
2. Determine the adoption time of the ?KO according to the company's product strategy
and new product project schedule. According to the ?KO control working group
decided to maintain the change control of the Pre-series and series adoption time
(STEREO). Check the implementation of change control, organize the ?KO
implementation control after the new product project SOP.
3. Hold regular meetings on key changes and protection parts management
4. Application for trial assembly of parts and review results of trial assembly of parts.
5. Record the information of switching the first car
6. Build Anhui factory technical change parts list and issue technical change
implementation monthly report
7. Organize T-PPA meeting and apply for document signature.
8. Organize PR round meeting, track and solve the PR Nr. problems and ensure the PR
Nr. be implemented in pre series phase.
1、制定并下達(dá)公司量產(chǎn)車型技術(shù)變更實(shí)施計(jì)劃，召開(kāi)技術(shù)變更實(shí)施會(huì)議。
2、根據(jù)公司產(chǎn)品策略及新產(chǎn)品項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度，確定?KO的采用時(shí)間。根據(jù)?KO控制工作組決定維持預(yù)量產(chǎn)及量產(chǎn)采用時(shí)間（STEREO）的變更控制。檢查變更控制的實(shí)施情況，在新產(chǎn)品項(xiàng)目SOP后組織?KO實(shí)施控制。
3、定期召開(kāi)關(guān)鍵變更及保護(hù)件管理會(huì)議
4、申請(qǐng)零件試裝，審核零件試裝結(jié)果。
5、記錄首車切換信息
6、建立安徽工廠技術(shù)變更零件清單，發(fā)布技術(shù)變更實(shí)施月報(bào)
7、組織T-PPA會(huì)議，申請(qǐng)文件簽名。
8、組織PR輪詢會(huì)議，跟蹤解決PR Nr.問(wèn)題，確保PR Nr.在預(yù)量產(chǎn)階段得以實(shí)施。
