PMP貨運(yùn)/物流/倉儲(chǔ)汽車研發(fā)/制造
■ Manage entire project team from R&D areas (logistics) to deliver the projects from sourcing phase to SOP + 3 months
1) Technical sourcing support
2) Engineering change management
3) Testing and release support
4) Production build support
負(fù)責(zé)整個(gè)項(xiàng)目團(tuán)隊(duì)的管理工作（預(yù)批量物流方向），確保項(xiàng)目從采購階段到標(biāo)準(zhǔn)操作程序（SOP）并持續(xù) 3 個(gè)月的交付。
1）技術(shù)采購支持
2）工程變更管理
3）測試和發(fā)布支持
4）生產(chǎn)制造支持
■ Coordinate and organize personnel and resources, coordinate collaboration within and across departments, conduct process management on project objectives, schedule, efficiency, quality and cost, etc., to ensure project delivery as planned and with high quality;
■ Detail time planning of project and follow up
■ Technical direct the teams and implement frequent project team meetings
■ Analyze project team performance and initiate corrective actions
■ Prepare and Communicate Project Information/status at request of Management
■ Responsible for all project performance, milestones
協(xié)調(diào)并組織人員和資源，協(xié)調(diào)部門內(nèi)部及跨部門的協(xié)作，對項(xiàng)目目標(biāo)、進(jìn)度、效率、質(zhì)量及成本等進(jìn)行過程管理，以確保項(xiàng)目按計(jì)劃高質(zhì)量交付；
制定項(xiàng)目詳細(xì)時(shí)間計(jì)劃并進(jìn)行跟進(jìn)
技術(shù)人員領(lǐng)導(dǎo)團(tuán)隊(duì)并定期組織項(xiàng)目團(tuán)隊(duì)會(huì)議
分析項(xiàng)目團(tuán)隊(duì)表現(xiàn)并采取糾正措施
應(yīng)管理層要求準(zhǔn)備并傳達(dá)項(xiàng)目信息/狀態(tài)
負(fù)責(zé)所有項(xiàng)目績效、里程碑任務(wù)
