【崗位描述】
1.及時(shí)準(zhǔn)確下發(fā)采購(gòu)需求給 CSS buys，對(duì)于緊急物料給出合理的需求時(shí)間。
- Timely and accurately issue procurement requirements to CSS buyers, and provide
reasonable demand times for urgent materials.
2.根據(jù)在手訂單及預(yù)測(cè)訂單，合理預(yù)測(cè)周期長(zhǎng)/瓶頸物料的采購(gòu)需求計(jì)劃，根據(jù)業(yè)務(wù)需求，每年
預(yù)測(cè)瓶頸物料的需求給 SCM。
- Based on current and forecasted orders, reasonably predict the procurement demand plan for long cycle/bottleneck materials, and annually forecast the demand for bottleneck
materials to SCM according to business needs.
3.根據(jù)生產(chǎn)要求協(xié)助 CSS buys 確保原材料的供應(yīng)，確保采購(gòu)計(jì)劃被有序的均衡的執(zhí)行。
- Assist CSS buyers in ensuring the supply of raw materials according to production requirements, and ensure that procurement plans are executed in an orderly and balanced
manner.
4.監(jiān)控原材料庫存，每月對(duì)原材料進(jìn)行分析及改善，推動(dòng)原材料庫存的降低。
- Monitor raw material inventory, analyze and improve raw materials on a monthly basis, and promote the reduction of raw material inventory.
5.監(jiān)督呆滯物料的使用情況，與其他部門配合消耗呆滯物料以及報(bào)廢處理。
- Supervise the use of obsolete materials, coordinate with other departments to consume
obsolete materials and dispose of them.
6.及時(shí)維護(hù) SAP 物料相關(guān)的采購(gòu)數(shù)據(jù), 確保系統(tǒng) MRP 運(yùn)行結(jié)果與實(shí)際狀態(tài)相符，每季度對(duì)物料進(jìn)行 ABC&XYZ 分析，通過數(shù)據(jù)分析對(duì)異常部分推動(dòng)改進(jìn)。
- Timely maintain procurement data related to SAP materials to ensure that the MRP operation results of the system are consistent with the actual status. Conduct ABC&XYZ.

【職位要求】
1.本科及以上學(xué)歷；
- Bachelor's degree or above.
2.1-3年生產(chǎn)企業(yè)生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃和采購(gòu)或計(jì)劃工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)；
- 1-3 years of work experience in production planning, procurement, or planning in manufacturing enterprises.
3.良好的溝通協(xié)調(diào)能力，以及英文聽說讀寫能力，責(zé)任心強(qiáng)
- Having good coordination and communication skills, fluent English and strong responsibility.
4.熟練使用office辦公軟件，熟練使用SAP－PP模塊者優(yōu)先考慮；
- Proficient in using office software and SAP-PP modules are preferred.
1.本科及以上學(xué)歷；
