HR Specialist (People Management) – German Speaking (m/f/d) – 100 % remote Your daily tasks:

• Review and respond to employee queries related to contracts, sick leave, vacation, and general HR policies
• Maintain and update personnel files in accordance with German data protection (DSGVO) regulations
• Monitor employee attendance, time tracking and ensure proper documentation of absences
• Draft and send employment contracts, amendments and confirmations in German
• Ensure timely submission of social insurance and tax documentation when needed
• Prepare onboarding documents and schedule welcome sessions for new joiners
• Follow up on probation periods (Probezeit) and schedule feedback sessions with managers
• Keep an eye on legal updates or labor law changes relevant to internal HR practices
• Support preparation for monthly payroll by collecting relevant changes (bonuses, sick days, etc.)
• Maintain updated lists of visa statuses, work permits, and ensure document validity
• Coordinate with works council (Betriebsrat) when applicable on people-related topics
• Document and archive all HR actions in the local language for audit-readiness
• Collaborate with each department to create or update SOPs in line with company policies.

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources.
• 5+years of experience in recruitment, and performance management.
• Languages with performance management practices and SOPs conceptualization.
• Proficient in HRIS and applicant tracking systems.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• C1 and higher in German Language.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Must be having High speed internet connection and equipment (Laptop/Headset) to work remotely.
