Duties and Responsibilities Admissions - Serve as the first point of contact for all family enquiries, providing prompt, courteous, and comprehensive responses via phone, WeCom, email, and in-person visits. - Provide personalized guidance and support to parents throughout the entire admissions process, ensuring they feel valued, informed, and supported. - Proactively communicate with parents, providing clear and timely updates on their application status and next steps. - Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective families, creating a welcoming and supportive atmosphere that reflects the school's values. - Gather feedback from families regarding their admissions experience and suggest improvements to enhance service quality. - Channel development to enrol students via diversified approach. Admissions Assessments - Administer admissions tests to students under strict exam conditions to ensure fairness to all within the process - Ensure appropriate tests and protocols are used depending on the applicant’s year group and testing process. -Ensure a warm, welcoming, and supportive environment for students and their families during visits, in-class observations, and interviews, alleviating potential anxieties and showcasing the school's community spirit.
