Aims The Future Educator Programme (FEP) aims to recruit high-quality graduates from the world’s leading universities and provide them with a generous teacher training programme. The programme is set out over two years and gives recruits the opportunity to receive both the Chinese Teaching Qualification and the Cambridge Teaching Qualification at Certificate and Diplovel. During this time trainees will make an academic contribution in the classroom and in the work of the department. They will also provide additional academic support and extension to students as well as contributing to the school’s extra-curricular provision. They will contribute to the pastoral system, both during school hours and in the boarding houses. Gaining this experience, with high-quality training and mentoring along the way, will give trainees the experience they need to become outstanding educators in the future. Trainee Profile FEP trainees should display the following characteristics - They must have a high-quality degree froading university abroad - Very high standards of spoken and written English - The ability to present clearly and with confidence - The ability to meet challenges and overcome setbacks - A desire for excellence and high standards - Cultural and personal experience that promotes the integration of foreign and local staff - A vocational approach to teaching - A willingness to participate in the broader life of the school. Trainee Responsibilities The school will have high expectations of trainees. Their responsibilities include: - To engage with all aspects of the programme in a professional manner - To be reflective at all times and respond positively to feedback - To uphold the highest standards of the school - To meet deadlines and other professional obligations - To contribute to the overall work of their department - To develop and maintain a good relationship with their mentors and other colleagues - To develop and maintain good relationships with students and parents - To demonstrate independence and initiative by seeking out appropriate CPD opportunities - To make the required progress through the training modules.
領(lǐng)科教育是中國國際教育的先行者。領(lǐng)科始于為中國學(xué)生鋪設(shè)一條“安全、經(jīng)濟(jì)、有效”留學(xué)通道的樸素愿望。2003年,領(lǐng)科教育創(chuàng)始人梁洵安先生與英國劍橋大學(xué)國際考評部(CAIE)合作,在中國率先引進(jìn)GCSE(英國普通中等教育證書)和 A Level(英國普通教育高級證書)課程體系。2004年,領(lǐng)科教育正式誕生于廣州。在華南地區(qū)成功引入A LELVEL課程后,領(lǐng)科教育應(yīng)劍橋大學(xué)考試局建議將這一課程體系推廣到華東地區(qū),為更多有意沖擊世界頂尖名校的中國學(xué)生提供途徑。2005年,領(lǐng)科教育與上海師范大學(xué)合作創(chuàng)辦“上海師范大學(xué)劍橋國際中心”;此后,在松江區(qū)教育局和九亭鎮(zhèn)政府的支持下,領(lǐng)科開設(shè)了九亭校區(qū),后與桂林路校區(qū)合并,成為今天的領(lǐng)科教育上海校區(qū)。2015年,領(lǐng)科教育獲得辦學(xué)資質(zhì),并于2018、2022年引入IBDP與SABIS??課程。自2008年辦學(xué)以來,領(lǐng)科教育上海校區(qū)培養(yǎng)了17屆3600多名畢業(yè)生。我們的畢業(yè)生100%進(jìn)入國外正規(guī)大學(xué)。其中,166人入讀英國牛津大學(xué)、劍橋大學(xué)。超過110人進(jìn)入包括美國哥倫比亞大學(xué)、芝加哥大學(xué)、康奈爾大學(xué)、卡內(nèi)基梅隆大學(xué)、加州伯克利等美國排名前30位的大學(xué)。劍橋國際考評部(CAIE)授予梁洵安先生及領(lǐng)科教育“杰出貢獻(xiàn)獎(jiǎng)”,我校目前為國內(nèi)唯一一家獲此殊榮的教育機(jī)構(gòu)。領(lǐng)科以“家國天下,無問西東”為使命,致力于成為一所推崇高尚、成就師生、和諧愉悅的學(xué)校。梁洵安校長說:“我們將繼續(xù)加大教師專業(yè)培訓(xùn)力度,為老師提供更優(yōu)質(zhì)的職業(yè)發(fā)展平臺(tái);引入和打造更好的學(xué)習(xí)系統(tǒng),提升學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)表現(xiàn);提倡全人教育,培養(yǎng)孩子綜合能力,把領(lǐng)科上海校區(qū)建成國際課程的標(biāo)桿學(xué)校。我們期待優(yōu)秀人才加盟,歡迎有志學(xué)子報(bào)考,也希望社會(huì)各界人士的支持與監(jiān)督。讓我們?yōu)楹⒆拥奈磥砉餐?、攜手共進(jìn)!”
