WhatsApp英語(yǔ)客戶開(kāi)發(fā)服裝/紡織/皮革貿(mào)易/進(jìn)出口紡織業(yè)/服飾產(chǎn)品加工制造
工作職責(zé):
1、對(duì)接詢盤客戶,背調(diào)并建立客戶檔案信息。
2、跟進(jìn)客戶需求并轉(zhuǎn)化成訂單,確認(rèn)客戶需要的產(chǎn)品、數(shù)量、價(jià)格。
3、協(xié)助客戶完成訂單下單,跟進(jìn)打樣進(jìn)度,確保訂單的準(zhǔn)確性。
4、與采購(gòu)、跟單、財(cái)務(wù)等部門協(xié)調(diào),反饋客戶需求及問(wèn)題,確保內(nèi)部協(xié)作順暢。
5、其他需要跟進(jìn)的協(xié)助銷售的工作。
Job Responsibilitie:
1. Coordinate with inquiry customers, conduct background checks, and establish customer profile information.
2. Follow up on customer needs and convert them into orders, confirm the products, quantities, and prices required by customers.
3. Assist customers in completing order placement, follow up on sample progress, and ensure the accuracy of orders.
4. Coordinate with departments such as procurement, order tracking, and finance to provide feedback on customer needs and issues, ensuring smooth internal collaboration.
5. Other sales assistance tasks that require follow-up.
任職條件:
1、25-45歲,大專以上學(xué)歷,國(guó)際貿(mào)易類、企業(yè)管理類、市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷類專業(yè)。
2、2年以上外貿(mào)銷售客戶經(jīng)驗(yàn),會(huì)使用MONDAY、ERP或其他客戶服務(wù)系統(tǒng)。
3、能用英文與客戶文字及視頻交流,有較強(qiáng)的英語(yǔ)溝通能力。
4、會(huì)熟練使用辦公軟件,包括:excel、word、powpoint等辦公軟件。
5、有較強(qiáng)的客戶服務(wù)能力,溝通能力和團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作能力。
6、具體解決問(wèn)題的能力,有一定的抗壓能力。
Job requirements:
1. 25-45 years old, with a college degree or above, majoring in international trade, enterprise management, or marketing.
2. More than 2 years of customer experience in foreign trade sales, proficient in using MONDAY, ERP, or other customer service systems.
3. Capable of communicating with clients in English through text and video, with strong English communication skills.
4. Proficient in using office software, including Excel, Word, Powpoint, and other office software.
5. Strong customer service, communication, and teamwork skills.
6. The ability to solve specific problems and have a certain ability to withstand pressure.
