市場營銷B端客戶跨境電商運(yùn)營海外社交平臺運(yùn)營貿(mào)易/進(jìn)出口
一、崗位職責(zé)(Job Responsibilities)
?社交媒體運(yùn)營:負(fù)責(zé)海外主流社交平臺賬號運(yùn)營(LinkedIn、Facebook、Instagram核心),發(fā)布高質(zhì)量產(chǎn)品推廣內(nèi)容(視頻為主、圖文為輔),提升賬號曝光與精準(zhǔn)粉絲轉(zhuǎn)化,需結(jié)合小眾產(chǎn)品特性設(shè)計傳播策略。
?內(nèi)容與物料制作:撰寫產(chǎn)品推廣文案,制作專業(yè)產(chǎn)品目錄(含中英文版本),每周完成公司官網(wǎng)及博客的內(nèi)容更新(含產(chǎn)品資訊、行業(yè)動態(tài)等),并根據(jù)數(shù)據(jù)反饋優(yōu)化頁面呈現(xiàn)。
?客戶資源開發(fā):運(yùn)用OKKI等外貿(mào)獲客工具及社交平臺私信、行業(yè)群組等多渠道,挖掘全球范圍內(nèi)為Costco、Walmart等大型超市供貨的商家資源,建立客戶信息檔案并持續(xù)跟進(jìn)。
?推廣活動執(zhí)行:針對不同區(qū)域市場(如北美、歐洲)策劃小型推廣活動(如LinkedIn行業(yè)直播、Facebook定向廣告投放),精準(zhǔn)觸達(dá)目標(biāo)客戶群體,提升客戶咨詢量。
?數(shù)據(jù)反饋優(yōu)化:每周提交工作報表,含社交平臺數(shù)據(jù)(粉絲增長、互動率)、客戶開發(fā)進(jìn)度、內(nèi)容傳播效果等,根據(jù)數(shù)據(jù)調(diào)整運(yùn)營及推廣策略。
?Social Media Operation: Manage accounts on major overseas social platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram as core), publish high-quality product promotion content (video-focused, graphics-supplemented), increase account exposure and precise fan conversion, and design communication strategies based on niche product characteristics.
?Content & Material Production: Write product promotion copy, create professional product catalogs (both Chinese and English versions), update company official website and blog content weekly (including product information, industry trends, etc.), and optimize page presentation based on data feedback.
?Customer Resource Development: Use OKKI and other foreign trade lead generation tools, as well as social platform private messages, industry groups and other multi-channels to tap business resources that supply large supermarkets such as Costco and Walmart worldwide, establish customer information files and follow up continuously.
?Promotion Activity Execution: Plan small-scale promotion activities (such as LinkedIn industry live broadcasts, Facebook targeted advertising) for different regional markets (e.g., North America, Europe), accurately reach target customer groups, and increase customer inquiries.
?Data Feedback & Optimization: Submit weekly work reports, including social platform data (fan growth, engagement rate), customer development progress, content communication effects, etc., and adjust operation and promotion strategies based on data.
二、任職要求(Job Requirements)
?核心能力:1-3年外貿(mào)市場營銷經(jīng)驗(yàn),具備海外社交平臺運(yùn)營成功案例(需提供賬號截圖或數(shù)據(jù)證明,如粉絲量5000+、單條視頻播放量1萬+),熟悉B2B外貿(mào)客戶開發(fā)邏輯。
?技能要求:熟練使用剪映或Premiere等視頻制作工具,能獨(dú)立完成產(chǎn)品推廣視頻拍攝剪輯;掌握Office辦公軟件及Canva等設(shè)計工具,可獨(dú)立制作產(chǎn)品目錄;有OKKI、阿里巴巴國際站等獲客工具使用經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先。
?平臺認(rèn)知:深入了解LinkedIn、Facebook等平臺的B2B引流規(guī)則,能精準(zhǔn)定位為大型超市供貨的商家群體,有相關(guān)行業(yè)客戶資源者優(yōu)先。
?語言能力:良好的中英文讀寫能力,能獨(dú)立撰寫中英文推廣文案及產(chǎn)品目錄。
?其他要求:自律性強(qiáng),能按計劃完成兼職工作;具備較強(qiáng)的溝通能力和抗壓性,對小眾產(chǎn)品市場有敏感度;每周能穩(wěn)定投入15-20小時工作時間。
?Core Competence: 1-3 years of foreign trade marketing experience, with successful operation cases of overseas social platforms (account screenshots or data certificates required, such as 5000+ fans, 10,000+ views for a single video), familiar with B2B foreign trade customer development logic.
?Skill Requirements: Proficiency in video production tools such as Jianying or Premiere, able to independently complete product promotion video shooting and editing; master Office software and design tools such as Canva, able to independently create product catalogs; priority given to those with experience in using lead generation tools such as OKKI and Alibaba International Station.
?Platform Cognition: In-depth understanding of B2B drainage rules on platforms such as LinkedIn and Facebook, able to accurately locate business groups supplying large supermarkets, priority given to those with relevant industry customer resources.
?Language Ability: Good Chinese and English reading and writing skills, able to independently write Chinese and English promotion copy and product catalogs.
?Other Requirements: Strong self-discipline, able to complete part-time work as planned; strong communication skills and stress resistance, sensitive to niche product markets; able to invest 15-20 hours of working time stably per week.
