2. 進(jìn)度與預(yù)算監(jiān)管：管理項(xiàng)目時(shí)間表（交貨時(shí)間）和預(yù)算，確保在財(cái)務(wù)參數(shù)內(nèi)實(shí)現(xiàn)高質(zhì)量執(zhí)行；
3. 跨職能協(xié)調(diào)：擔(dān)任銷售、采購和運(yùn)營(yíng)團(tuán)隊(duì)之間的關(guān)鍵溝通樞紐；
4. 風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理：識(shí)別制造流程中潛在的延誤或質(zhì)量問題，并主動(dòng)采取糾正措施。
KPI：項(xiàng)目準(zhǔn)時(shí)交付率；初始項(xiàng)目預(yù)算偏差率；項(xiàng)目周期時(shí)間縮短。
任職要求：5年以上在制造、采購或供應(yīng)鏈（最好在中國(guó)）的項(xiàng)目管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)；具備與國(guó)際客戶和市場(chǎng)合作的經(jīng)驗(yàn)；精通項(xiàng)目管理軟件（如Asana、Monday或ERP/PLM系統(tǒng)）；英語流利是強(qiáng)制要求，普通話是重要加分項(xiàng)。

Core Mission: To establish standardized and efficient project management protocols for sourcing and manufacturing projects across all international markets (US, Israel, Argentina, etc.).
Key Responsibilities:
1. Process Standardization: Develop and implement standardized project management procedures (SOPs) from client brief to final shipment;
2. Schedule & Budget Oversight: Manage project timelines (Lead Time) and budgets, ensuring high-quality execution within financial parameters;
3. Cross-Functional Coordination: Serve as the key communication hub between the Sales, Sourcing, and Operations teams;
4. Risk Management: Identify potential delays or quality issues in the manufacturing pipeline and implement corrective actions proactively.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): On-time project delivery rate; Deviation from the initial project budget; Project cycle time reduction.
Qualifications: 5+ years of Project Management experience in manufacturing, sourcing, or supply chain (preferably in China); Proven experience with international clients and markets; Strong proficiency in project management software (e.g., Asana, Monday, or ERP/PLM systems); Fluent English is mandatory; Mandarin is a strong asset.
