4. 負(fù)責(zé)編寫和維護(hù)各類工藝技術(shù)文件，并向運(yùn)營部和質(zhì)量部員工進(jìn)行操作方法和工藝要求的現(xiàn)場(chǎng)培訓(xùn)和指導(dǎo)。Responsible for writing and maintaining various process technology documents, and providing on-site training and guidance on operating methods and process requirements to employees in the operations and quality departments.
5. 負(fù)責(zé)生產(chǎn)工藝管理，包括但不限于現(xiàn)場(chǎng)工藝支持，工藝紀(jì)律檢查，工藝參數(shù)管理，工藝異常處理，以及相關(guān)的工藝變更管理；并通過持續(xù)改善來實(shí)現(xiàn)精益生產(chǎn)的需求。Responsible for production process management, including but not limited to on-site process support, process discipline inspection, process parameter management, process anomaly handling, and related process change management; achieve the requirements of lean production through continuous improvement.
6. 負(fù)責(zé)技術(shù)團(tuán)隊(duì)的建設(shè)和發(fā)展，提供必要的培訓(xùn)和指導(dǎo)，提高團(tuán)隊(duì)專業(yè)水平以確保團(tuán)隊(duì)高效運(yùn)作。Responsible for building and developing the technical team, providing necessary training and guidance, improving team's professional skill level to ensure efficiency.
崗位要求Job requirements：
1. 本科及以上學(xué)歷，機(jī)械制造等相關(guān)專業(yè). Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical manufacturing or related.
2. 有8年以上氣瓶制造經(jīng)驗(yàn)或跨國企業(yè)汽車制造/汽車零件等相關(guān)工作經(jīng)歷，具有豐富的技術(shù)管理和人員經(jīng)驗(yàn)；有注塑焊接技術(shù)背景者優(yōu)先。More than 8 years of working experience in cylinder industry or automobile manufacturing or auto parts in multinational enterprises, with rich process technology management and people management experience. Injection & Welding background is prioritized.
3. 具有強(qiáng)烈的責(zé)任心，對(duì)于出現(xiàn)的各種技術(shù)問題有能力快速進(jìn)行現(xiàn)場(chǎng)分析，或協(xié)調(diào)其他部門快速分析解決問題。Have a strong sense of responsibility, the ability to quickly analyze various technical problems, or coordinate other departments to quickly analyze and solve problems.
4. 優(yōu)秀的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力；良好的統(tǒng)籌協(xié)調(diào)和溝通能力 Strong leadership with good coordination and communication skills.
