關(guān)于這個職位
作為 Alleima 的無損檢測員，你將在確保我們產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量和安全方面發(fā)揮關(guān)鍵作用。你的主要職責包括：
— 按時完成產(chǎn)品常規(guī)檢驗及無損檢測任務(wù)，對檢驗和檢測結(jié)果的真實性和正確性負責；
— 熟悉鋼管產(chǎn)品的常規(guī)檢驗及渦流、超聲及滲透等無損檢測方法；
— 依照規(guī)定的檢驗與檢測程序，作業(yè)指導(dǎo)書和工藝要求，完成相關(guān)檢驗、檢測，填寫記錄與報告；
— 控制現(xiàn)場檢驗與無損檢測的工作質(zhì)量，對檢測不合格品跟進返工并復(fù)驗；
— 對現(xiàn)場檢驗與檢測過程進行復(fù)驗，未經(jīng)檢測或檢測不合格品嚴禁流入下道工序；
— 向上級匯報檢驗、檢測及生產(chǎn)過程發(fā)現(xiàn)的問題或異常，并協(xié)助查找原因，妥善處理；
— 定期維護、保養(yǎng)和檢定相關(guān)的檢驗量具及無損檢測儀器設(shè)備；
— 及時對檢驗和無損檢測數(shù)據(jù)、記錄、報告等進行整理歸檔；
— 檢驗量具、無損檢測儀器和物料的整理，并存放到指定區(qū)域；
— 直線經(jīng)理安排的其它工作；

關(guān)于你
擁有大專及以上學(xué)歷，金屬材料、焊接、無損檢測或機械相關(guān)理工科專業(yè)。在無損檢測、鋼管檢驗或金屬材料檢驗等相關(guān)行業(yè)有一年以上的工作經(jīng)驗。有良好的團隊精神和出色的溝通能力，能夠有效地與同事合作。熟練使用 WORD、EXCEL 和 PPT 等辦公軟件。持有國家特種設(shè)備渦流檢測或超聲檢測二級證書者優(yōu)先。此外，需要滿足的視力要求：矯正視力達到 5.0 及以上，無色弱或色盲。
