職位描述

QA檢驗(yàn)QA審核家居質(zhì)量體系QC七大手法8D報(bào)告PDCA五大工具六西格瑪家具制造建材
崗位職責(zé)：
1、協(xié)助制定供應(yīng)商產(chǎn)品的設(shè)計(jì)和檢驗(yàn)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)；
2、負(fù)責(zé)生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)的質(zhì)量監(jiān)控工作，并對(duì)異常生產(chǎn)情況進(jìn)行處理;
3、負(fù)責(zé)監(jiān)控成品原材料品質(zhì)，對(duì)原材料品牌及來(lái)源地進(jìn)行核查，出具分析報(bào)告，并根據(jù)品質(zhì)要求就不合格項(xiàng)與供應(yīng)商協(xié)調(diào)處理；
4、對(duì)產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)過(guò)程中的質(zhì)量缺陷，質(zhì)量事故及時(shí)制止，并進(jìn)行處理;
5、協(xié)助處理產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量的客戶投訴，保證客戶滿意；
6、協(xié)助本公司其它工作的協(xié)調(diào)需要，完成部門經(jīng)理安排的其他任務(wù)；
任職資格：
1、本科及以上學(xué)歷（統(tǒng)招），產(chǎn)品制造類、工業(yè)企業(yè)管理類專業(yè)，5年以上品質(zhì)管理相關(guān)行業(yè)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)；
2、具備質(zhì)量管控體系的管理能力和良好的溝通能力；
3、有家居行業(yè)品控管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)，熟悉裝飾家居材料、成品的品控標(biāo)準(zhǔn)；
4、熟悉Word、Excel等軟件操作,掌握互聯(lián)網(wǎng)和企業(yè)辦公管理系統(tǒng)的操作；
5、具有英語(yǔ)溝通及讀寫能力優(yōu)先考慮。
