- Establish technical parameters for laboratory 為實驗室建立技術參考數(shù)據(jù)庫
- Carry out laboratory testing for the related applications including report writing with use of multimedia presentation where applicable 完成實驗操作的相關應用，包括適用時進行多媒體演示匯報
- Use data to obtain scale up to industrial equipment in association with sales staffs 把實驗數(shù)據(jù)放大到工業(yè)生產(chǎn)以配合銷售
- Maintenance of test reporting database 維護實驗報告數(shù)據(jù)庫
- Maintenance of the test equipment 維護室驗設備
- Specific research and development projects 完成特定的研究開發(fā)項目
- Responsibility for QEHS lab procedures 符合質(zhì)量、環(huán)境、職業(yè)健康安全（QEHS）的實驗流程
- Follow up and collect information for the related industry technology development trend 跟蹤和收集相關行業(yè)技術發(fā)展趨勢的信息
- Global test application support 支持全球?qū)嶒瀾?br>- Write the test reports according to the company standards from the performed tests 根據(jù)公司的標準和試驗結(jié)果撰寫實驗報告
- Follow up the QEHS rules and regulations, obey the company management, wear and use the personal protective equipments (PPE) properly 遵章守規(guī)，服從管理，正確佩戴和使用勞動防護用品
- Attend training and be familiar with related knowledge and skills in quality, environment, occupational health and safety (QEHS) 接受培訓，掌握質(zhì)量、環(huán)境、職業(yè)健康安全（QEHS）相關知識技能
- Report (potential) accidents in time if any發(fā)現(xiàn)事故/隱患及時報告
- Other tasks assigned by Line Manager 主管交代的其他工作
Competencies and Skills 勝任資格和技能:
- Bachelor degree , mineral processing major preferred 本科學歷，選礦專業(yè)優(yōu)先
- Has basic knowledge in Filtration/Thickener/ Flotation/Grinding technology 有過濾/濃密/浮選/磨礦技術的基本知識
- Can-do attitude, self-motivated, and team playing 樂觀進取且吃苦肯干，自我激勵且積極主動，有良好的團隊合作關系
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, to get all necessary support from internal and external relationship 良好的人際關系和溝通技能，能獲得所有必須的支持無論是內(nèi)部團隊還是外部協(xié)作關系
