Requirements:
? A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Consultant at McKinsey & Company, Boston Consulting Group (BCG), or Bain & Company.
? Demonstrated track record of leading complex strategy projects from the problem-framing stage through to implementation planning.
? Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills, with mastery of financial modeling and business case development.
? Superior communication and presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex concepts into clear, compelling narratives for executive audiences.
? Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
? Undergraduate degree from a top-tier institution; MBA or advanced degree is a strong plus.
