Mission / Position Headline: To ensure company society obligation on EHS and improve EHS performance continuously by maintaining EHS management system. Aligns with headquarter‘s EHS strategy & roadmap, and guide & lead to plan, execution, analysis and improvement of EHS related measures. Fully take over EHS management in ILD China. The Role: · Collaborates with headquarter to deploy EHS strategy in region. Contributes to, supports, adapts, and promotes global EHS programs and initiatives and monitors their effectiveness. · Identifies and collects local regulatory and standards to ensure the company consistently meet requirements of all related laws, standards in a systematical way, and lead to comply with it. · Ensures implementation of EHS related risk management in processes, projects, and products. · Maintains and optimizes EHS management system (e.g., ISO14001, ISO45001) . · Monitors EHS Performance to continuously improve the performance and effectiveness & efficiency. · Plans, implements, and follows up the audit / assessment / inspections program in close. · Ensures production protecting equipment (PPE) is identified and deployment properly. · Ensures adequate EHS related communication towards internal and external stakeholder and authorities. · Organizes EHS training to all employees through classroom training, testing, case study, and rehearsal. · Supervise and support on EHS topics in CS factories teams. · Other EHS related tasks assigned by line manager. Your Profile: · Professional experience (>5 years) in EHS management, · Experience (>2 years) in project EHS management · Working experience in foreign enterprises/organization is preferred · Fluent English in speaking, reading, and writing
