現(xiàn)場(chǎng)管理質(zhì)量管理設(shè)備管理新能源電子/半導(dǎo)體/集成電路電氣機(jī)械/電力設(shè)備
崗位職責(zé)：
1.嚴(yán)格執(zhí)行本車間區(qū)域的作業(yè)流程和規(guī)范，負(fù)責(zé)生產(chǎn)體系的實(shí)施與維護(hù)，保證人機(jī)料法環(huán)各項(xiàng)和諧的運(yùn)作；
2. 負(fù)責(zé)本車間的基礎(chǔ)管理工作：人員排班、考勤、各種報(bào)表、現(xiàn)場(chǎng)管理、安全、問(wèn)題解決等；
3. 負(fù)責(zé)本車間區(qū)域的機(jī)器設(shè)備、原材料、場(chǎng)地、燈具、空調(diào)、生產(chǎn)用品等生產(chǎn)設(shè)備及物資管理；
4. 負(fù)責(zé)本車間生產(chǎn)過(guò)程和結(jié)果中的質(zhì)量控制，提出質(zhì)量目標(biāo)、要求和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)；
5. 負(fù)責(zé)本車間上下工序與工序之間的交接、銜接工作；
6. 根據(jù)公司相關(guān)目標(biāo)制定本班組目標(biāo)，并將目標(biāo)分解至各崗位人員；
7. 嚴(yán)格執(zhí)行本班組生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃，按照計(jì)劃組織、安排生產(chǎn)工作；確保完成本班組任務(wù)；
8. 負(fù)責(zé)生產(chǎn)異常的處理和改善追蹤；
9. 在生產(chǎn)過(guò)程中不斷研究、創(chuàng)新，提出提高生產(chǎn)效率、降低能耗、更高品質(zhì)獲得、人員管理等方面的方法或措施，并與主管部門及時(shí)溝通；
10. 完成上級(jí)交辦的其他任務(wù)及整理好負(fù)責(zé)區(qū)域的6S工作。
任職要求：
1. 本科及以上學(xué)歷，機(jī)械、電子、自動(dòng)化或工業(yè)工程等相關(guān)專業(yè)；
2. 制造型企業(yè)3年以上工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，2年以上鋰電行業(yè)同崗位工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)；
3. 熟練掌握現(xiàn)場(chǎng)生產(chǎn)管理及品質(zhì)管理等相關(guān)專業(yè)知識(shí)，熟練掌握品質(zhì)管理相關(guān)統(tǒng)計(jì)技術(shù)，有較強(qiáng)的語(yǔ)言表達(dá)能力、計(jì)劃與執(zhí)行能力、人際溝通能力。
