We are seeking a detail-oriented HR Recruiter to join our team. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, serving as the primary contact for international candidates and ensuring a smooth hiring experience. Key Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruitment from job posting to offer Screen resumes, conduct interviews in both English and Chinese (Chinese is a plus) Serve as main point of contact for foreign candidates, providing guidance throughout the process Prepare offer letters and onboarding documentation Maintain candidate data in recruitment systems Requirements Must be a foreign national (holding or eligible for Chinese work permit) Bachelor's degree or above 1+ years of recruitment or HR-related experience Fluent in English (written and spoken), basic Chinese communication preferred Proficient in office software and familiar with recruitment platforms Excellent communication skills and cross-cultural sensitivity
